The prime minister of the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk, Andrey Purgin, has denied that rebels were responsible for downing the Malaysian Boeing. "Such accusations are baseless," he said.
According to Der Spiegel, the German Federal Intelligence Service has information proving that rebel forces are responsible for the attack.
