Turkish PM ready to resign

Turkish Prime Minister Ahmed Davutoglu said that he would resign if anyone proves that the Turkish government views the Kurds living in Turkey as second-class citizens. He emphasized that all citizens were equal, Trend reports.

Davutoglu’s statement was in response to claims by opposition figures that the government was discriminating against Kurds by not sending forces to the Syrian town of Kobani, where Kurds are fighting the Islamic State terrorist organisation.
