The Central Museum of the Great Patriotic War of the Russian Defense Ministry in Moscow will host a military and history conference dedicated to WWI on October 23, RIA Novosti reports.Officials of the Russian Defense Ministry, public and science organizations and education centers will discuss political, social, economic, military aspects, experience of state institutions, armed forces, political and public organizations in the context of the global military conflict.Anton Gubankov, the head of the cultural directorate of the Defense Ministry, said that a high-scale program for the 100th anniversary of WWI was prepared. Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu added that several documentaries and feature films about WWI will be demonstrated.
