The Turkish government plans to ban all anti-government protests. Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu noted that people will not be allowed to wear masks. Use of Molotov cocktails will be considered a use of weapons, Trend reports.The PM added that the Turkish police will undergo structural changes due to removal of gendarmerie from the Armed Forces.Citizens will start getting biometric IDs in December. They will allow them to use services of state institutions and receive money from cash machines, bear witness at the crime scene without having to visit a police station.
