Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said today that the efforts of Azerbaijan have allowed the formation of an energy corridor from the South Caucasus to the Balkan states. He emphasized that Azerbaijan and Turkey were implementing strategic economic projects in the context of political crises in neighbouring states, Trend reports.
The Turkish PM made particular mention of the Trans-Anatolian Gas Pipeline to transport gas from the Shah Deniz field in the Azerbaijani sector of the Caspian Sea to the European border via Turkey as a key project.
