After negotiations with the Foreign Minister of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Berlin, US Secretary of State John Kerry declared that the USA, despite the conflict in Ukraine, intends to work together with Russia on solving global problems.Steinmeier urged the presidents of Russia Vladimir Putin and of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to use their best efforts for implementation of the Minsk agreements.
