Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev has signed a decree to open an embassy in Azerbaijan. The diplomatic mission in Baku will encourage development of political, trade-economic, cultural-humanitarian ties of Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan, Day.az reports.
