Abkhaz President Raul Khjimba has replaced Secretary of the Security Council Avtandil Gartskiya with Muhammad Kilba, the president’s press service reports.Kilba was sent to Abkhazia from Cherkessk as a volunteer during the Georgian-Abkhaz war of 1992-1993 to command a battalion of volunteers from Karachay-Cherkessia. He became the Hero of Abkhazia for courage and heroism.
