The rebels in the Eastern Ukrainian regions of Donetsk and Luhansk are going to hold elections tomorrow, on November 2nd.
On this day the self-proclaimed People's Republics of Donetsk and Luhansk are expected to elect Heads of the republics and People's Councils.
The elections have already been condemned as illegitimate by the Ukrainian authorities, the US and the EU.
