Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said at a meeting with his Norwegian counterpart Borge Brende that Iran will sign an agreement with the Group of Six in exchange for official recognition of its right to peaceful nuclear energy, RIA Novosti reports.
Borge noted that an agreement would allow Tehran and Brussels to strengthen their ties.
The next round of Iranian nuclear talks will be held in Muscat on November 11.
