A convoy of 10 trucks of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies with fuel and medicines has crossed the border on its way to Donetsk. Another convoy of 10 trucks is heading towards Luhansk, TASS reports.
Oleg Voronov, deputy head of the National Center for Crisis Situations of Russia's Ministry for Emergencies, said that the trucks were driven by members of the Noginsky Rescue Center of the Ministry for Emergencies. They delivered over 2,000 tons of humanitarian aid in the period from October 31 to November 2.
