Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry have discussed military cooperation and details of U.S. Vice President Joseph Biden’s visit to Kiev on November 21, TASS reports.Kerry encouraged the president’s efforts to follow the Minsk Protocol and congratulated him on free and democratic parliamentary polls. Poroshenko thanked Kerry for supporting Ukraine’s territorial integrity and informed him about commitment to finding a peaceful solution. He proposed renewal of the Geneva format of dialogue to settle the situation in the south-east of Ukraine at the level of foreign ministers.
