Washington is planning to reach a final agreement on the Iranian nuclear program before the deadline of November 24 expires, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said in Paris today, RIA Novosti reports.
Kerry noted that the deadline will not be extended. If no agreement is reached, the problem will become more complicated but not insoluble, he added.
