International Criminal Court refuses to consider Mavi Marmara case

The International Criminal Court has declined the lawsuit against Israel over the Mavi Marmara attack because the case is not in the jurisdiction of the Court, Newsru.co.il reports.

The Court said that there were enough reasons to believe that military crimes had been committed during the attack on Mavi Marmara on May 31, 2010.

The case against Israel was filed by the Comoro Islands because the Turkish ship was sailing under their flag. Turkish lawyers plan to file an appeal.
