Chechen leader says Obama should mind state affairs

U.S. President Barack Obama should mind state affairs with more effort instead of declaring sanctions against his horse, said Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov on Instagram. Kadyrov congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Putin topped the Forbes list of influential politicians for the second year in a row yesterday. He was followed by Barack Obama, Secretary General of the Chinese Communist Party Xi Jinping, Pope Francis and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
