Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov and Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev have taken a selfie with a portrait of President Vladimir Putin in the background. The photo was made after a session of the governmental commission for development of the NCFD in Nalchik, Lenta.ru reports.
Kadyrov thanked Medvedev for the support given to regions.
Ramzan Kadyrov and Dmitry Medvedev are active Internet users. Kadyrov's Instagram account has over 500,000 subscribers and about 4,000 messages. Medvedev has accounts on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and VKontakte.
