Georgia's Ivanishvili insists ministry of defense case had no political undertone

Former Georgian prime minister and founder of the ruling Georgian Dream coalition Bidzina Ivanishvili insists that the criminal case against top officials of the country's ministry of defense, which resulted into resignation of Minister Irakli Alasania, was not politically motivated.

"Everyone should be equal before the law. It is the court, which will decide who is guilty and who is not," Ivanishvili said.
