Brussels will host an EU ministerial to discuss new anti-Russian sanctions and support of Ukraine on November 17, said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Morgherini at a Berlin forum on the role of Germany and the EU in international relations, TASS reports.
Votes of all 28 members of the EU are needed to extend existing sanctions or reconsider them.
