Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov remained Russia's leading blogger in October 2014, according to a rating carried out by Medialogia. Kadyrov's posts about the terrorist attack in Grozny on October 5, Denny Baysarov's plans to study at a cadet school and Kadyrov's stallion that won the race in Baden-Baden and got sanctions instead of rewards were the most popular, the Chechen government reports.
Russian Ombudsman for Children Pavel Astakhov and Vice Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin were included on the list of the most popular bloggers.
