Russian State Duma Speaker Sergei Naryshkin said that the leadership of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) and the Russian delegation supported the idea of Russia's return as the member of the Council, RIA Novosti reports.
The members of the PACE Assembly Board were invited to come to Moscow by Naryshkin.
