Dokka Umarov, the Emir of so-called Caucasus Emirate, leader of Chechen separatist movement accused Arab militant Muhannat, Al-Quaeda resident in the Caucasus, of attempts to take control over Chechen separatist movement and of breed strife among its partisans, Gazeta.ru reports.
