Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the ceremony of receiving credentials of foreign ambassadors that he was expecting the Top-Level Cooperation Council of Russia and Turkey to set new goals for development of cooperation at a session in December, TASS reports.
He noted that relations between Russia and Turkey had reached new levels and became strategic in the energy sector. Putin admitted that he had intense cooperation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
