Russian and Chinese scientists will agree on a plan of cooperation in outer space research in January 2015, director of Russian Academy of Sciences Institute of Space Research Lev Zeleny told reporters on Wednesday, Itar Tass reports.“We have discussed plans of Russian-Chinese experiments with the chief of the similar institute just a week ago. We have a long list of 15-20 issues on each side. We will merge them at a meeting in January,” Itar Tass quotes Zeleny as saying.
