Russia and South Ossetia are working on a new integration agreement. The document will bring bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level in the military and other sectors, said Boris Chochiyev, the head of the South Ossetian Presidential Administration, TASS reports.In his opinion, security is a vital issue for South Ossetia and the document would play a significant role in strengthening it.Russia and South Ossetia signed the agreement on friendship, cooperation and mutual aid in September 2008. It is still in force.
