Akhmed Zakayev and Boris Berezovsky can't be extradited due to
interstate differences in laws and the men's refugee status, said the
head of the Interpol National Central Bureau attached to the Russian
Interior Ministry, Timur Lakhonin, RIA Novosti reports. Only 350 out
of 600 people wanted by Russia have been extradited in the last 10
years. No extradition treaty, different laws and international law are
the main reasons, he added.
