Russian Railways' chief executive Vladimir Yakunin says the company is going to build a railway track to Europe bypassing Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.
Yakunin admitted that the project would be quite costly. According to him, the current railroad is situated on the territory of "a troublesome state".
