Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Hadi Soleymanpour said that U.S. hegemony is coming to an end and Europe is getting weaker, RIA Novosti reports.
The formation of coalitions beyond the UN and unilateral sanctions are obvious instances of changing international relations, the diplomat said. He noted that Russia and Iran were playing a role in the formation of a new multi-polar world.
