Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with his Abkhaz counterpart Raul Khajimba that the sides needed to pass additional acts to improve economic ties, security, living standards. He added that Russia will double the volume of financial assistance for Abkhazia, compared with the volume in 2013, TASS reports.Khajimba noted that signing of the alliance and strategic partnership agreement with Russia would help overcome existing problems.
