Turkey and Russia are two major European coutries in terms of culture, history and politics that remain outside the EU, and will never be part of it," Fyodor Lukyanov said.Togrul Ismail in his turn noted that despite disagreements between Turkey and Russia, Turkey has never acted as Russia's opponent.
