Sergey Ryabkov, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, said that the situation in Syria and Iraq doesn’t influence the negotiations between Iran and the six countries participating in the negotiations in Vienna. The official said that the sides have devoted all their time to negotiating the Iranian nuclear program. However the ministers touched upon many issues, including regional topics.
