Armenia can't recognize Nagorno-Karabakh

Theoretically the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict could be resolved by the
recognition of the republic, but it is impossible in reality, the head
of the Caucasus Institute, Alexander Iskandaryan says, reports Armenia
Today. Armenia's recognition wouldn't lead to the end of the conflict,
since it doesn't take into account the Azerbaijani and the
international community's positions.
