Turkish Ambassador to Russia Umit Yardim said that ISIS had no bases on the territory of Turkey, though he admitted that some members of the organization could have entered Syria and Iraq through Turkish territory, Interfax reports.
Yardim emphasized that Turkish oil captured by ISIS had not been sold in Turkey.
