Commander-in-Chief of the Caspian Fleet of the Russian navy will be a rear admiral Sergei Alekminsky, RIA Novosti reports.
The former Cammander-in-Chief vice-admiral Viktor Kravchuk is appointed to a deputy commander of the Baltic Fleet.
Alekminsky was a deputy cammander of the Pacific Fleet from February, 2008.
