Millions of children need help - Mekhriban Aliyeva

Preschool education is being sufficiently developed by the state in Azerbaijan, a special state programme aimed at improving the preschool education system was approved, and a network of preparation groups for preschool students is being developed, the first lady of Azerbaijan, the president of the Geydar Aliyev foundation, and deputy of the Azerbaijani parliament, Mekhriban Aliyeva, said at the opening of the UNESCO conference in Moscow, AzerTAg reports.
