Armenia has to prove that it is ready to start serious reforms in order to receive additional financial aid from the European Union, expert of the EU-sponsored Eastern Partnership project Amanda Paul is quoted as saying.
The expert noted that Armenia is still able to pursue closer ties with the EU despite its membership in the Eurasian Union.
