Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said that a paid draft avoidance system will be launched in the country in January 2015. Citizens unwilling to serve may pay 18,000 liras, Trend reports.In October, Davutoglu said that paid draft avoidance would be abolished in 2015. He clarified that the system was unjust because it was distinguishing citizens by their income.
