An Azerbaijani delegation led by the country’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov is in Switzerland and will take part at the 21st OSCE Ministerial Council Meeting in Basel, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said on Dec.3.During the visit, Mammadyarov is expected to deliver a speech at the meeting and hold several bilateral meetings, as well as to meet with OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.
