Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Legal and International Affairs Abbas Arakchi said at a meeting with Italian Deputy Foreign Minister Lapo Pistelli that almost all opportunities for mutual understanding had been employed in the nuclear talks with Iran. In Arakchi’s words, now was a good moment to reach an agreement, Iran.ru reports.
The Iranian diplomat noted that the negotiating process had proved its efficiency as a model for mutually-beneficial cooperation in solving international and regional problems.
Pistelli considers the current negotiations to be a historic opportunity for a final agreement.
Pistelli has also met in Tehran with the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister for Arab and African States, Hossein Amir Abdollahian. They discussed the situation in the Middle East and efforts to fight against terrorism.
