The counter-terrorism operation regime imposed on Grozny on December 4 was lifted at 12.00pm today, TASS reports.
Several militants killed three traffic police officers in the center of Grozny on the night of December 3-4. They occupied the Print House and a school at the city center. The National Anti-Terrorism Committee of Russia reported 10 militants dead in Grozny. 10 police officers died and 28 were injured in the special operation.
