Russian diplomat denies Russia’s responsibility for confrontation with U.S.

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said at parliamentary hearings on Russian-U.S. relations that the relations had been going downhill long before the events in Ukraine. He added that the development’s were not Russia’s fault, RIA Novosti reports.
