Polad Bülbüloğlu is elected president of the Intergovernal Foundation for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Collaboration of CIS

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentionary of Azerbaijan to the Russian Federation, representative of Azerbaijan to the Humanitarian Council of the CIS and member of the governing body of the Council for Educational, Scientific and Cultural Cooperation (IFESCCO), Polad Bülbüloğlu, has been has been elected president of IFESCCO, ANS reports.

This was communicated by the chief executive officer of IFESCCO, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Armen Smbatyan, as a  final result of the common session of CESSC and IFESCCO. He has also specified that Polad Bülbüloğlu will start his duties on May 22nd.

The office was previously held by the education and science minister
of Kazakhstan, Zhanseit Tuymebayev.
