The Russian-Abkhaz parliament on alliance and strategic partnership signed by presidents of the two states Vladimir Putin and Raul Khajimba in Sochi on November 24 was introduced to the parliament of Abkhazia yesterday for ratification, Apsnypress reports.The document stipulates formation of joint armed forces of Russia and Abkhazia, modernization of the Abkhaz army using Russian finances and increase of Russian investments in Abkhazia.
