The Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) has arrived in Rostov-on-Don.
The delegation includes the rapporteur Jim Sheridan and the secretary of the Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons, David Milner.
The PACE representatives will meet with members of the government of the Rostov region, headed by the Deputy Governor Sergei Bondarev. After that, the delegation will visit the temporary accommodation of refugees from Ukraine in the village of Krasniy Desant in the Neklinovsky area. In addition, it is assumed that the delegates will visit a local school where children of refugees are learning, the portal YUGA reports.
