Armenia accuses Turkey of reluctance to cooperate

Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said at a joint press conference with his Latvian counterpart Edgars Rinkevics today that Turkey was refusing to establish diplomatic relations with Armenia, blocking its border, pursuing an aggressive policy of denying the Armenian genocide. In his words, Armenia and Turkey will only cooperate when Turkey agrees to, Armenia Today reports.
