The Russian presidential envoy to the North Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) Alexander Khloponin will make a speech at the Federal Council today. He will talk about the strategy of social-economic development of the NCFD for 2025, RIA Novosti reports.
Khloponin will express his opinion on improving the economic situation in North Caucasus republics and the investment climate in the region. Ingush President Yunus-Bek Yevkurov will also make a speech.
