Russia is in three crises

 

Russian Minister for Economic Development Alexey Ulyukayev said that Russia was in three crises: structural crisis caused by rising costs, crisis of demand and the geopolitical crisis caused by sanctions, Vedomosti reports.Ulyukayev compared it with the perfect storm coming from the unreformed economy. In his words, 35% of losses in Russian enterprises were transfer expenses.
