Today, at a summit in Brussels, the EU foreign affairs chief Federica Mogherini stated that the difficult economic situation in Russia is not good news.
"I want to say clearly: the difficult economic situation in Russia - this is not good news. Neither for the people of Russia or Ukraine, nor the EU, nor for the rest of the world. At the same time, it is a signal to the President of Russia and the Russian leadership to think seriously about their attitude towards rest of the world," Mogerini is quoted by Gazeta.ru.
