According to the results of a recent poll conducted by the Gallup Institute, 34 percent of Ukrainians believe the country's authorities should not try to return control of Crimea. 16 percent believe that the government should immediately take decisive steps to liberate the peninsula. 40 percent think that such actions should be taken later.
Only 4 percent of Ukrainian welcome the region's accession to the Russian Federation.
