The CSTO Council of Foreign Ministers, Defense Council and the Committee of Secretaries of Security Councils will meet in Moscow today to discuss collective security, foreign policy coordination, development of military cooperation, administrative and financial problems, RIA Novosti reports.
Tajikistan is chairing the CSTO.
