"The President of Kazakhstan has arrived in Kiev for a working visit, during which he will have meetings with the leadership of Ukraine," the press service of the Kazakh leader reported.
On Monday Nazarbayev will meet Ukrainian prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, RIA Novosti reported, citing the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
In an interview with national TV channels yesterday, the President of Kazakhstan declared his readiness to act as an independent intermediary between the parties in the Ukrainian crisis.
